- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is about Azaela in general...has nothing to do with Pediatric. This is just how Google presented them for comment. ------------- WATCH OUT FOR BILLING SCAMS Azalea Health altered records in order to bill me for a checkup that was to be free of cost and copay as my annual medicare checkup. In stead of writing my stated reason for my appointment, "Annual medical checkup" they entered it in their books as a "follow up" for my earlier blood work. The blood was drawn for the specific purpose of having results available for my annual checkup. They even billed me for a doctor visit when they took my blood for my checkup even though the doctor did nothing but direct staff to take my blood. I have had nothing a run-around about their falsifying their records and ignoring my stated reason for the appointment. I had no other reason to go other than my annual checkup. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you use Azalea Health be sure to ask to see what they write in your records, don't just assume they write down what they say they did or what you said to them at the time of your visit.
